Duties are paid for by the customer upon receiving the package. Duties are import taxes stipulated by your government, and will vary depending on the country you are in. We have no control over the amount of duties a customer pays, as the duties are collected by the government. Please be aware that even if you are purchasing from a free shipping zone, or if your order amount qualifies for free shipping, you might still have to pay duties when the goods arrive in your country.
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after order placement. If an order is placed after 6:00 pm on a Friday, the order will be shipped the following Monday. Shipment within Hong Kong will generally arrive within 2 days. Within 3 days for Taiwan, China, and Macau. Overseas shipment can range between 5-7 days.
If you are ordering from a non-free shipping zone, you can qualify for free shipping by purchasing over HKD$680 (or USD$85). If you purchase less than the required amount, shipping is a flat rate of HKD$200 (USD$25) for countries in non-free shipping zone.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Please note that we currently only accept returns for purchases made within Hong Kong.
Our return policy is 7 days after purchase. We do not accept any request for returns after 7 days. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that we do not pay for shipping of returned items, and do not accept packages that require our payment upon delivery.
Exchange is only available if the item received is found defective or damaged within 3 days of receipt. Pups & Bubs reserves the right to decide whether the defect/damage qualifies for an exchange.
If an exchange is approved, we will pay for both the cost of return shipping and shipping for the new item.
We do not refund the amount of duties paid. In cases of an exchange, the customer will have to pay the duties to the government for the second shipment. Pups & Bubs will only pay for the shipping cost in an exchange, not the duties.
