RETURN & EXCHANGE
Terms of return & EXCHANGE
- We have a 14 day return / exchange policy for orders shipped within the US. Please note that sale items are not eligible for a return. For sanitary purposes, PLAY items are not eligible for returns / exchange.
- All returned items should be in its original condition, unused and with the hangtag / label intact. Damaged or dirtied items will not be accepted.
- Returned items should be sent back in its original zip lock packaging to keep the products in clean condition.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
- All returned items are subjected to a USD$8 handling fee for product inspection + re-packaging. To avoid paying additional fees, please double check the product dimensions prior to purchasing to ensure it fits your pup.
- Why is there a USD$8 handling fee? Upon receiving the return, we carefully inspect and clean every product to ensure that it's in perfect condition for our customers. There are specific ways to fold and package each product, which takes time and labour to do since returned products are usually not packaged in their original methods. Furthermore, we switch out all branded zip bags to new bags, as well as put on new hangtags if necessary.
Please help us reduce unnecessary waste by following the below packaging instructions for a return:
- When packaging items for a return, please try to fold the items in the same way you received it. Folding it randomly can cause permanent creasing & damage to the products, resulting in the product becoming unsellable and disposed wastefully.
- Returned items should be shipped back in a carton box instead of a plastic mailer bag to prevent it from becoming damaged during transport.
- To avoid damaging the carrier, please always fold the bottom of the bag backwards instead of forwards.
