Terms of return & EXCHANGE
- We have a 14 day return / exchange policy for orders shipped within the US.
- All returned items should be in new condition, unused and unworn, with the hangtag and label intact. Damaged or dirtied items will not be accepted.
- Returned items should be sent back in its original zip lock packaging.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
- All returned items are subjected to a USD$8 restocking fee for product inspection + re-packaging. To avoid paying additional fees, please double check the product dimensions prior to purchasing to ensure it fits your pup.
Please help us reduce unnecessary waste by following the below packaging instructions for a return:
- When packaging items for a return, please try to fold the items in the same way you received it. Folding it randomly can cause permanent creasing & damage to the products, resulting in the product becoming unsellable and disposed wastefully.
- Returned items should be shipped back in a carton box instead of a plastic mailer bag to prevent it from becoming damaged during transport.
- To avoid damaging the carrier, please always fold the bottom of the bag backwards instead of forwards.
Faulty items do not fall under the Return & Exchange category. If you have received a faulty item, please refer to section under HELP.
