By placing an order you agree to the 2-3 business days processing time. During peak season between November - December, processing time can be up to 4 business days. If your order contains a pre-order item, it will be shipped when that item is in stock.
We ship Monday-Friday. We do not ship on non-business days or public holidays.
Delivery time within the US is 4~7 business days. Delivery time to all other countries is typically 5-12 days, barring unforeseen circumstances.
